Refund Policy - the basics

At Moon, we’re committed to providing top-quality grooming services and ensuring every client has a great experience. While we don’t offer refunds for completed services, we always want to make things right if you’re not fully satisfied.

If you have any concerns about your haircut or grooming service, please let us know before you leave the shop or contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We’ll happily offer a complimentary touch-up or adjustment to address your concerns.

Refunds are only issued in rare cases—such as prepaid appointments that were canceled on our end or if a service was paid for but not received. These situations are reviewed individually.

Retail Products: If you purchased a product from us and need to return it, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
